Vinay Mavinkurve is a New Jersey and Pennsylvania licensed attorney with a broad range of experience including civil litigation, family and estate planning law. Mr. Mavinkurve has also counseled small and large business and entrepreneurial clients with respect to various business issues, contract drafting, financing, real estate, and structuring, negotiation and closing complex acquisitions and divestitures. 


Upon graduating from law school, Mr. Mavinkurve served as the Law Clerk to the Chief Justice at the Delaware Court of Common Pleas. During this time, Mr. Mavinkurve drafted opinions and bench memoranda and participated in a variety of civil and criminal proceedings before the Court of Common Pleas and Superior Court of Delaware.

Thereafter, Mr. Mavinkurve secured a position as an associate attorney in a reputable law firm, where he drafted, negotiated, and reviewed a wide range of real property instruments (including partnership and corporate trust) for the acquisition and disposition of residential and commercially developed properties. Additionally, as a civil litigator, Mr. Mavinkurve represented clients in all aspects of civil litigation in State courts throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania and was exposed to extensive motion practice, settlement conferences and several trials.


More recently, Mr. Mavinkurve has focused his practice on New Jersey matrimonial law and has been involved in a wide range of complex divorce actions involving division of assets, spousal support, child custody and domestic violence.
