Sunny S. Desai concentrates his practice on commercial real estate and business transactions. Sunny has worked on a variety of complicated matters across the commercial real estate area where he counsels and represents business owners and clients on the purchase, sale, financing, and leasing of their businesses and commercial real estate. In addition, Sunny has experience and knowledge in the law governing the application, sale, purchase and renewal and transfer of New Jersey Liquor Licenses and experience dealing with the Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control related to 12.18 special ruling filings and 12.39 filings. 

Sunny also has experience representing and counseling clients, both landlords and tenants in commercial and residential landlord/tenant matters and eviction proceedings all across New Jersey. 

Sunny received his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law and received his bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University. Sunny is a member of the American Bar Association and the New Jersey Bar Association. In his spare time, Sunny enjoys live music, fitness, sports, and cheering on his San Francisco 49ers.
